What You’ll Do
- Provide OB/GYN care including routine and complicated deliveries such as vaginal, low forceps, C-sections, breech, and multiple births
- Make clinical decisions for C-section delivery and VBACs
- Perform procedures like repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
- Collaborate with midwives for on-call and delivery services
- Document all care efficiently using EPIC EMR system
- Provide inpatient obstetric care in a hospital setting with a low volume of C-section patients
- Participate in on-call coverage for labor and delivery, ensuring high-quality patient care
What You Need
- Kentucky medical license and current OB/GYN certification
- Minimum of 2+ years of OB/GYN experience in a hospital setting
- Proficiency in routine obstetric procedures and emergency interventions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
