Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Level 1 Trauma Center – Lexington, KY

- Employment Type: Contract, 13 weeks with possible extension
- License/Certs: Kentucky State license (willing to license), NBCRNA Board Certification
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year recent experience in large medical center setting, trauma experience required
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: $226.20/hour (firm rate)
- Additional Pay: Holiday pay at 1.5x rate for designated holidays

What You’ll Do:
- Provide anesthesia care support under the direction of an anesthesiologist with a typical 2-1 or 3-1 CRNA-to-anesthesiologist ratio
- Cover anesthesia services for trauma, vascular, neuro (no cardiac), and orthopedic procedures
- Perform intubations, central line, arterial line, and line placements
- Collaborate with a team comprising anesthesiologists, anesthesia techs, and residents
- Ensure patient safety and comfort across all age groups (excluding neonatal)
- Work with the EPIC EMR system (preferred)
- Fulfill NORA staffing requirements for trauma and anesthesia coverage
What You Need:
- Kentucky state license (or willing to license)
- NBCRNA certification
- Minimum 1 year recent experience in a large medical center setting
- Trauma experience (Level 1 trauma required)
- Skills in intubation, line placements, and arterial access
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment
