A physician-owned, multispecialty healthcare group in the heart of Washington is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its growing Orthopedics team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment where you'll provide both clinic-based orthopedic care and surgical assistance while enjoying an exceptional quality of life surrounded by mountains, rivers, and year-round outdoor recreation.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time, employed position
- Mix of clinic and surgical first assist responsibilities
- Provide care for both acute and chronic orthopedic conditions
- Evaluate patients, establish diagnoses, order and interpret diagnostic testing, and develop treatment plans
- Perform office procedures and prescribe medications within scope of practice
- Assist orthopedic surgeons in the operating room
- Shared department call rotation
- Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons and an experienced clinical team
- Utilize a fully integrated electronic medical record system
- Participate in patient education, quality improvement initiatives, and community outreach as desired
Compensation/Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $68.27–$82.69/hour (based on experience)

Qualifications:
- Active Physician Assistant license with prescriptive authority in Washington State (required by start date)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
- Orthopedic or surgical experience required
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced orthopedic practice
