An established, physician-led, multi-specialty healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its Endocrinology team in beautiful Wenatchee, Washington.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time, outpatient-only position
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Work alongside experienced Endocrinologists in a collaborative practice
- Primary focus on diabetes management, including insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM)
- Manage both new and established endocrinology patients
- Opportunity to expand clinical focus into thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, gender-affirming care, and other endocrine disorders
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
- Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based endocrinology guidelines
- Educate patients and families on disease management and wellness
- Supportive, team-based practice environment
Qualifications:
- Active Physician Assistant license with prescriptive authority in Washington State (required by start date)
- Prescriptive authority required
- BLS/CPR certification
- Endocrinology or related clinical experience required
- Strong interest in diabetes management and patient education
Compensation/Benefits:
- $63.46–$73.56/hour (based on experience)
