Description
- Work Dates Needed: Jan-Jul 2027 (*Earlier start for outpatient possible)
- Preferred Schedule: 5p Fri ending 5p Fri
- Inhouse 9a-5p w/call 5p-9a
- 1-2+ weeks per month; one provider who can cover full week
- *Outpatient Mon-Fri (830a-5p)
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient
- Scope of Work:
- Trauma 3
- Inpatient consults, rounding, admissions
- Avg 12 ppd; 1-2 admits
- No peds
- Benign and malignant hematology, lymphoma, blood clots, sickle cell disease
- Procedures: Bone marrow biopsy highly preferred
- Support Staff: APP; Radiation oncologist onsite
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CT license preferred, IMLC accepted w/LOQ, BC HEM/ONC, drive in candidates preferred, clean files preferred
- EMR: Epic
