Description
- Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed thru 9/30/2026 with potential for extension
- Preferred Schedule: 8-5 Mon-Fri
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
- Scope of Work: Treat both scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted WA license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert required
- EMR: Allscripts
- Pay Rate Preferred: $85-90/hr.
