• Responsible for assisting residents with their daily activities, including bathing and dressing, taking vital signs, collecting information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses and providers.

    
• Answers resident calls.

    
• Observes the resident for skin integrity changes, turns and repositions, and transfers residents to bed, chair or wheelchair.

    
• Maintains cleanliness in the resident care area, changing sheets and restocking supplies as needed.
