Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - School - (SLP - School)
StartDate: 8/24/2026
Available Shifts: 7.5 D
Pay Rate: $2239.00 - $2307.00
Provide speech and language services to PreK-12th grade students in a specialized setting for those who are deaf or blind. Manage a caseload of 25-30 students, with the possibility of changes during the school year. Collaborate with district staff and participate in IEP meetings to support student communication needs.
A current South Carolina SLP license is required. Experience working with students who are deaf or blind and in school-based settings is recommended.

Required Qualifications
Speech/Language Pathologist, School
Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or Related Field
Speech Therapist Clinical Fellows are Encouraged to Apply
State License is Required to Start the Assignment
Preferred Qualifications
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics
Strong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
