Preferred Schedule: Physician: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am, 12 hrs shift, APP: Day- 9am- 9pm.
Worksite Setting: Inpatients, Number of ED Beds 12, Acuity Level: 3, 22k annual volume
Scope of Work: Emergency Medicine, CT. Licenses, Certifications,
Requirements: Active KY State Licenses, ABEM, PA, ACLS, BLS & PALS, AHA required, BE Requirements: Must obtain board certification within 5 years.
EMR: Epic.
