Description
- Work Dates Needed: January 4, 2027 – May 15, 2027 (approximately 4 months)
- Preferred Schedule:
- Clinic: Monday–Friday
- Call: 7 days per week throughout assignment
- Primarily consultative
- Not required to be in-house
- Inpatient rounding up to approximately 2 hours daily when needed
- Physician may combine clinic and call coverage if preferred
- No admissions or discharges required
- Worksite Setting: Cancer Care Center
- Scope of Work: Outpatient Hematology/Oncology clinic coverage, Oncology consultations, Inpatient rounding as needed, Chemotherapy management and treatment planni, Coordination with physician, APP, nursing, and support staff teams
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IN license and IN Federal DEA, IMLC not accepted. BC Hematology/Oncology, EPIC experience preferred, Available Jan-May 2027, Comfortable w/7-day call coverage, Experience with NCCN guidelines and chemotherapy protocols
