What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality critical care nursing to patients in a 20-bed unit
- Monitor patient vital signs and maintain accurate documentation
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
- Educate patients and families about treatments and care procedures
- Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Massachusetts RN license
- At least 1 year of recent critical care or ICU nursing experience
- Strong assessment skills and ability to work independently
Preferred:
- Experience with critical care technology and equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
