Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA)

Available Shifts: Regular 8
Pay Rate: $92.15 - $99.75
This facility is seeking a Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Office is Open Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Scope: Children and Adolescents
- Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 Weeks
- State Licensure: Active Florida State License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- Requirements: Board Certified, Fingerprinting process through the Agency for Health Care Administration (ACHA) is required and use of Avatar Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
