We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Orthopedic Surgery experience for a locum tenens assignment with a large, established healthcare system in the Atlanta metro area.

Position Highlights

• August 2026 start
• Monday–Friday schedule
• No call responsibilities
• Outpatient-only practice
• Epic EMR
• Multiple clinic locations available
• Established orthopedic practice environment

Clinical Scope

Providers will care for a variety of orthopedic patients, including:

• Hand conditions
• Joint-related injuries and disorders
• Sports medicine cases

Average daily patient volume is approximately 21 patients

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Georgia license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Current BLS certification
• Orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills

Assignment Details

• August 5, 2026 – October 31, 2026
• Outpatient clinic setting
• No weekends or call requirements
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 21 days
