- Call typically 1:6 or better, averaging 2 - 3 calls per night
- Integrated care model including medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy

- 2 open positions with waiting patient panels
- Passion for serving underserved and migrant agricultural communities preferred
- Spanish-language skills valued; many patients are monolingual in Spanish
