• Assignment Length: Ongoing PRN


• Schedule: 24-hour hotel call


• EMR: Epic

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour OB/GYN call coverage


• Perform vaginal and cesarean deliveries


• Conduct inpatient rounding


• Evaluate and manage OB/GYN emergency department consults


• Provide support for clinic emergencies or complex cases when requested by the advanced practice provider


• Practice independently while collaborating with the clinical care team


• Document patient care in Epic

Requirements

• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology


• Active South Carolina medical license


• South Carolina Controlled Substance Registration


• Active DEA registration


• Comfortable with vaginal and cesarean deliveries


• Ability to work independently in a hospital setting


• Must complete required half-day orientation prior to the first scheduled shift
