Assignment Details

• Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Hospital-Based Practice


• Contract Length: Ongoing, approximately one week per month


• Typical Schedule:
  
  
  
  • Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–7:00 AM
  
  
  • Friday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
  
  
  • Outpatient clinic during weekdays, generally 8:30 AM–3:30 PM
  
  
  
  


• Call: 24/7 call coverage during assigned weeks


• Response Time: 30 minutes


• EMR: Epic


• Credentialing: Expedited temporary privileges available for qualified candidates

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general urology care


• Manage outpatient clinic during scheduled coverage


• Provide 24/7 call coverage for urologic emergencies


• Perform inpatient consultations and surgical procedures as needed


• Collaborate with advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary teams


• Document patient care in Epic

Requirements

• Board Certified in Urology


• Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC


• DEA and ACLS certification required


• Minimum of 2 years of experience


• Clean background and no malpractice history


• Ability to cover the listed urgent dates


• Must be able to meet a 30-minute call response time
