Description
A physician-led, nonprofit healthcare organization located in North Texas, ~140 miles northwest of Dallas–Fort Worth and within driving distance of Oklahoma City, is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a supportive, community-focused practice.
Position Highlights:
- Design your own schedule and patient volume
- Average 14–18 patients per day with a 4.5-day work week
- Limited call responsibilities
- Renovated multispecialty clinic space with on-site lab and imaging, including X-ray, MRI, and CT
- APP-supported walk-in care available onsite
- Dedicated support team including APPs, LVNs, MAs, RNs, nurse navigators, community health workers, social workers, practice managers, and physician colleagues
- Hospital transition clinic supports continuity of care and preventive medicine focus
- Optional leadership opportunities overseeing advanced practice providers
- Training stipend available
