What You’ll Do:
- Provide routine and complex emergency care to diverse patient populations
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, treatments, and interventions following protocols
- Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and treatments accurately
- Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding condition management and follow-up
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive emergency care
- Demonstrate leadership and autonomy in fast-paced emergency department settings
What You Need:
- Current Texas RN license or valid compact license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (AHA)
- At least 1 year of experience in emergency or related nursing specialty preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as scheduled
