Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU / Progressive Care Unit – Columbus, Ohio

- Licenses/Certifications: Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS required
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in progressive care or step-down units preferred
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $59.18

What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with chronic medical conditions in a mixed-acuity unit
- Float within the organization as needed, working seamlessly across different units
- Administer medications and treatments following physician’s orders
- Document patient care accurately using Epic system
- Collaborate with healthcare team members via SBAR communication protocol
- Engage patients and families, ensuring safety and comfort during their stay
- Uphold compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
What You Need:
- Ohio RN license (active)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience in a progressive care or step-down setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to floating assignments
