What You’ll Do:
- Provide advanced patient care for ICU patients, including those with hemorrhagic and septic shock, stroke, ARDS, and post-craniotomy recovery.
- Manage specialized procedures such as ICP monitoring, external ventricular drain management, CRRT, and ventilator care.
- Administer vasopressors and participate in massive transfusion protocols.
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient tracking.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and safety protocols.
What You Need:
- Valid Ohio RN license or eligibility to practice in Ohio
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS (preferred but not required)
- Ability to handle complex care scenarios and work well within a team
