Registered Nurse (PCU) - Stepdown / Post-Acute Care - Columbus, OH

- Licenses/Certifications: Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (required)
- Experience: 2+ years recent progressive care experience; experience with telemetry, dysrhythmia management, IV therapy, and more preferred

What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care for patients on a Stepdown/PCU unit with mixed acuity levels
- Monitor and interpret telemetry, manage dysrhythmias, and support cardiac patients
- Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and manage central lines and PICC lines
- Respond to rapid response and code situations as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Support pre- and post-surgical patients with tailored care and education
- Float within the hospital as necessary and maintain documentation compliance
What You Need:
- Ohio RN license (active)
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Minimum 2 years recent progressive care experience in a similar setting
- Skills in telemetry, dysrhythmia management, IV therapy, and patient monitoring
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including call requirements
