- Experience: Minimum 2 years in ER or similar acute care setting

What You’ll Do:
- Manage adult, pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients in an emergency holding environment
- Monitor patients and utilize telemetry and dysrhythmia management skills
- Administer IV medications, including insulin and heparin protocols
- Support renal failure management and coordinate cardiac and vasoactive drips with titration
- Provide blood product administration and non-invasive airway management (CPAP/BIPAP, oxygen)
- Assist with wound care, wound vac application, and tracheostomy management
- Participate in rapid response teams and support patient safety initiatives
- Document all care accurately using EPIC
What You Need:
- Ohio RN license (Active and in good standing)
- Minimum 2 years of ER or critical care experience
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
- Strong skills in telemetry, dysrhythmia, invasive and non-invasive airway support, and emergency protocols
