What You’ll Do
- Provide frontline emergency care in a busy hospital Emergency Department
- Manage IV starts and telemetry monitoring efficiently
- Respond to emergent situations with expertise in pediatric, stroke, and cardiac emergencies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety
- Document patient care accurately in EPIC EHR system
- Support a patient ratio of 1:4
- Float to different units as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
What You Need
- Active Ohio RN license or ability to obtain
- Minimum 2 years ED experience
- 1-year travel nursing experience
- Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS
- Proficiency in IV starts and telemetry monitoring
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work night shift and float across units
