What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Float to different units within the organization based on staffing needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergency needs effectively
- Document patient information accurately and timely in EPIC electronic health records
- Adhere to safety protocols, hospital policies, and compliance standards
- Support patients and their families with compassion and professionalism
What You Need:
Required:
- Valid RN license in Ohio or appropriate state
- BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a PCU or similar unit
- Epic electronic health record experience
Preferred:
- Flexibility to float between units
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
