This role involves managing critical emergency department operations with shifts from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, focusing on patient admissions, transfers, and coordinating care with a comprehensive range of specialty back-ups.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage emergency department operations, including patient admissions and transfers.
• Maintain an average of 1.2 patients per hour.
• Collaborate with various specialty back-ups such as Hospitalist, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Cardiology without intervention, Orthopedics, and Podiatry.

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Emergency Medicine required.
• EMR System: Meditech EHR.
