Description
Looking for a Nurse Supervisor for a Family Birth Center in northern Vermont. This position reports director to the director of inpatient services and will have about 18 FTE's reporting to them. You will oversee daily clinical operations of the Family Birth Center and be responsible for budgeting, performance management and HR matters. In addition to supervisory roles you will also provide bedside care. - BSN, RN
- 3+ years leadership experience
- 3+ years clinical experience in obstetrics and pediatrics
- Lean and Studer experience preferred
- ACLS and PALS
