Seeking a Full-Time Permanent Nurse Practitioner to join the Urology Team! 

Position Details: 

Under the direction of the Medical Director, the Nurse Practitioner will provide healthcare services to patients. Providers will obtain detailed history and perform physical or psychological examinations. Perform or order x-rays, electrocardiograms, laboratory tests, and other diagnostic procedures and interpret results. Administer therapeutic procedures. Instruct patients on prescribed therapeutic regimes, home care and health maintenance. Maintains records and writes progress notes. Provides preventative health care services to long-term patients. 

Minimum Education: 

• Master's Degree in Nursing and graduate of approved Nurse Practitioner program

Minimum Experience:

• 2 years NP experience in Urology 

Licenses:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center
• Eligible for VT license
