Occupational Therapist - Pediatrics Northwest Arkansas Position Highlights: - Work-Life Balance: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm - flexible hours
- Desirable Practice Setting: Outpatient pediatric therapy setting with a state-of-the-art therapy gym, sensory rooms, feeding lab, adaptive equipment and dedicated therapist offices.
- Ideal Work Environment: Collaborative, mission-driven pediatric team serving children ages 0-5 with developmental delays and disabilities. Strong interdisciplinary approach including speech-language therapy and autism testing services.

Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive Salary: Competitive salary, based on experience

Qualifications: - Degree: Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Certifications: NBCOT certification required
- Licensure: Active or eligible for state Occupational Therapy license
- Experience: Experience with pediatric evaluations, sensory integration, fine motor development, feeding therapy, adaptive equipment modifications, and early intervention strategies
