  • Shift: Day shift, 8 hours (08:30 – 17:00), Monday – Friday

  • Hours per week: 40 hours

  • Employment Type: Contract

  • License/Certs: ARRT & BLS required

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Interventional Radiology, hospital experience preferred

  • Call Requirement: One day per week, plus weekend rotation approximately every 6–7 weeks

  • Call Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Monday, Wednesday, plus weekends on a rotation

  • Orientation: 40-hour unit orientation (Light Blue scrubs; not provided)

What You’ll Do

  • Operate fluoroscopy equipment (GE Innova, Siemens Artis biplane, Ultrasound)

  • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, PACS, and supply stocks

  • Perform advanced interventional procedures including angioplasty, embolization, and stent placements

  • Conduct genitourinary, neurological, vascular, and venous access studies and procedures

  • Assist with setup, infection control, sterile technique, and room procedures

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including rapid response and code teams

  • Ensure quality imaging and patient safety compliance




What You Need

Required:


  • ARRT certification & BLS at minimum

  • 2+ years of hospital experience in Interventional Radiology and special procedures

  • Experience with fluoroscopy, vascular, genitourinary, and neurological studies and procedures

  • Ability to work independently and in team settings

  • Valid NC license or appropriate licensing for remote work



Preferred:


  • Additional ARRT certifications (CI, VI)

  • Experience with GE Innova, Siemens Artis, ultrasound devices

  • Prior experience with complex procedures like Chemoembolization, TIPS, or nephrostomy
