Pay & Benefits:
- Pay Rate: $54.31 per hour

What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans using the nursing process
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Utilize data and clinical knowledge to evaluate and adapt care strategies
- Delegate tasks and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
- Demonstrate professionalism and uphold patient privacy and safety standards
What You Need:
- Current RN license in Louisiana
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to adapt swiftly to changing clinical situations
