What You’ll Do
- Initiate and manage IV therapies safely
- Administer medications in accordance with protocols
- Monitor vital signs and patient responses
- Educate patients on treatments and self-care procedures
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Use EPIC EMR for accurate charting and documentation
- Float to lower acuity units as needed, maintaining flexibility and teamwork
- Follow hospital policies to ensure patient safety and quality care
What You Need
Required:
- Active Ohio RN license
- 1+ year of RN experience in medical-surgical settings
- BCLS certification
- IV certification
Preferred:
- EPIC EMR experience
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
- Travel or float experience
