Position: Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training sessions to continually enhance patient care standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid and current Registered Nurse license in the state of Kansas or the ability to obtain licensure.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical software.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional certifications may be preferred depending on the department.
