Details:
•  Duration: November 2026 – June 2027 (option to extend)
•  Schedule: Flexible 1-2 weeks per month
•  Shift: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
•  Call: optional weekends Fri, 5p-Mon, 7a (unrestricted, ER and group patients)
•  Scope: General Urology (option for clinic only). If provider wants a scheduled OR the group can assign that the 2nd or 4th Wednesday of the month.
•  Volume: Clinic: 18-22 per day. OR: 3-5 per full block OR day. Weekend call: 2-8 hours of patient contact.
•  EMR: Cerner
•  Hospital: level 3 trauma 613 beds
•  Group: 2 other Urologists, MDA/CRNA inhouse 24/7.
•  Credentialing: 60-90 days
•  Require: Board Certified/Board Eligible, Active CA License
