Assignment Details
• Location: Potsdam, New York
• Start Date: October 19, 2026
• Duration: 6 months, ongoing as needed
• Emergency privileges available

Compensation:
Hourly - $370/hr
Overtime - $465 /hr
Holiday - $465/hr
Night Call - $930/shift
Weekend Call - $2410 per 24 hours
Call Back - $465/hr

Coverage Dates
• October 19–23, 2026 (No weekday call)
• November 5–13, 2026 (Weekend call Nov. 6–8; weekday call Nov. 10 & 12)
• December 21–30, 2026 (Holiday call Dec. 24–27)

Schedule
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Weekday call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend call: Friday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM

Practice Setting
• Acute Care Hospital
• Adult Level III/IV Trauma Center
• Inpatient anesthesia
• Rural critical access setting
• Average patient volume: 10–15 cases per day
• EMR: Epic

Clinical Responsibilities
• General anesthesia
• OB anesthesia
• Epidurals
• Surgical scheduling
• Possible CRNA supervision

Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Active New York license required
• Epic experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA or RQI)
• Must be comfortable practicing in a rural critical access setting
• Residents and Fellows will not be considered

Credentialing
• Emergency privileges available

Additional Information
• Agency-branded CV required at submission
• Work history must be current with no gaps greater than 30 days
• Physician statement required for any malpractice history, including dismissed cases"
