Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $40 to $45 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities
- Additional Compensation: $4,000 sign-on bonus (external candidates), paid in installments ($2,000 after 60 days, $2,000 after 180 days)

What You’ll Do
- Provide in-home respiratory care and support to patients in Mount Arlington and surrounding communities
- Travel daily within the service area using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and education
- Respond to occasional after-hours calls from the After-Hours Call Center or branch manager
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards
What You Need
Required:
- Active RRT, CRT, or RN license
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Preferred:
- Respiratory therapy experience, home healthcare, or DME background
- Degree in respiratory therapy, nursing, or related science
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience
- Bilingual skills are a plus
