Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Critical Care or Intensive Care Units
- Proficiency with CRRT, BIPAPs, drawing own labs, chest tubes, PICC lines
- Ability to conduct own codes and handle emergency situations comfortably
- Valid Kansas RN license or Compact RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHF Certifications
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records
- Previous experience floating across ICU, Med/Surg, Telemetry, and ED units
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience in a similar setting
- Certifications in advanced life support
Other Requirements:
- Must be available for 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Willingness to work every other weekend and holiday shifts as needed
- No on-call requirements
- Must adhere to orientation schedule, including virtual and onsite training
- No requested time off during the World Cup (June 11 – July 19)
- Able to float to all inpatient units, including ICU, Med/Surg, Telemetry, and ED
- Employment includes comprehensive benefits, weekly pay via direct deposit, and licensure/certification reimbursements
- Hourly pay rate: $88.50 (before admin fees)
