Working closely with physicians and the care team, the PT will assess each patient’s needs and create personalized therapy plans designed around meaningful goals, active engagement, and exceptional patient outcomes.

Location: Near Waldo, FL
Type: Full-time and permanent
Shift: Days with rotating weekends
Requirements: College degree; FL PT license; prior experience
Pay: $35-$49/hr
