As a travel healthcare professional, you will provide essential care to residents in a skilled nursing setting. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, conducting therapy sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. You will also educate patients and their families on strategies to improve health outcomes and maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatments.
