What You'll Do:
- Assess and treat patients with various impairments to improve independence in activities of daily living
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary teams
- Administer occupational therapy modalities such as therapeutic exercises, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and more
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and equipment use
- Ensure safety and quality in all therapy procedures
What You Need:
- National licensure as an Occupational Therapist in New Mexico
- BLS certification from AHA
- 1+ year of relevant experience preferred
- Strong assessment, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
