Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality outpatient and inpatient rehab therapy to diverse patient populations
- Manage caseloads independently within the therapy department
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress using EMR systems: Meditech and Wellsky
- Support patients with complex diagnoses including spinal cord injuries, TBIs, strokes, amputations, and more
- Assist in the transition of outpatient documentation from Wellsky to Meditech as needed
What You Need
Required:
- Current LA PT license
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Experience working with complex and medically fragile patient populations
- Basic proficiency with EMR systems (Meditech, Wellsky)
Preferred:
- Additional certifications such as BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Experience with multidisciplinary team collaboration
