Pay & Benefits
- Pay rate: $58.96 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care following all regulations and clinical best practices
- Use standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions to support treatment goals
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly, documenting all clinical activities
- Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and team members
- Collaborate with health team members on patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans
- Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries and maintain accurate electronic records
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and conferences as required
- Support supervision of CFYs or student SLPs when needed
- Adhere to ASHA and state licensure requirements, ethics, and professional standards
What You Need
- Current ASHA Certification and State Licensure in Missouri
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience preferred
- Strong assessment and treatment skills for communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
