Pay & Benefits


  • Pay rate: $58.96 per hour

  • Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), robust referral bonus program, paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable, and a dedicated support team to assist throughout your assignment



What You’ll Do


  • Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders

  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care following all regulations and clinical best practices

  • Use standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions to support treatment goals

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly, documenting all clinical activities

  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and team members

  • Collaborate with health team members on patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans

  • Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries and maintain accurate electronic records

  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and conferences as required

  • Support supervision of CFYs or student SLPs when needed

  • Adhere to ASHA and state licensure requirements, ethics, and professional standards



What You Need


  • Current ASHA Certification and State Licensure in Missouri

  • At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience preferred

  • Strong assessment and treatment skills for communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
