Emergency Medicine Physician – Rhinelander, WI – Wisconsin – Immediate Start

Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
- Provide emergency medical care to a diverse patient population
- Manage patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment in hospital emergency settings
- Collaborate with APCs and hospital staff to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Document clinical encounters accurately and efficiently
- Support regional hospitals with flexible coverage needs
- Adapt to varying shift schedules, including night and day shifts
- Participate in hospital protocols and emergency procedures
What You Need:
Required:
- Active Wisconsin medical license and DEA registration
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
- Strong clinical skills in ER management and patient care
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
Preferred:
- Prior ER or hospital emergency department experience
- Local or Midwest residency to reduce travel challenges in winter
- Experience working in critical access hospitals

This assignment involves providing emergency medicine coverage for regional hospitals in the Northwoods of Wisconsin, primarily at Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital. You will be part of a friendly, outdoor-loving community, with opportunities for outdoor recreation during your days off.
