Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)

Pay Rate: $1706.00 - $1758.00



Start your next contract as a Travel Physical Therapist in Austin, TX with AMN Healthcare. This assignment offers 40 hours per week in an acute care hospital setting, with a guaranteed 36-hour work week and a float radius of 40 miles with paid drive time.
You will assess and treat patients recovering from open heart, TAVR, and LVAD procedures, often as the only PT on weekends. Required qualifications include acute care experience, including ICU and CCU, and an active Texas license. Wound care experience is preferred but not required.

Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year

Acute care experience including ICU/CCU as may be the only PT on weekends
Active TX License

HEALTHTRUST (HCA) – NO DOCS NEEDED AT SUBMISSION. SSN + DOB. AMIE PROFILE MUST INCLUDE CURRENT LICENSE(S) AND CERT(S) WITH VALID EXPIRATION DATES. RTO DATES MUST BE INCLUDED. 50 MILE RADIUS RULE PER DRIVER’S LICENSE ADDRESS.
