Bill Rate: $95/hr + IRS Mileage Rate
Start ASAP for 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Guaranteed Work Week: 40
Coverage: Lumpkin, Dawson, White, Hall Counties
Average 4-6 visits per day depending on type of visit for PT/OT/SLP
Any overtime must be pre-approved.
2 weeks cancellation
Home Health and Oasis experience required, no exceptions
Homecare Homebase documentation experience required
Client may consider without Homecare Homebase if CLN agrees to complete online HCHB course prior to start date.
