Locums - A well respected regional medical center is seeking a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician to provide inpatient rehabilitation coverage in western Illinois. 

• Board Certified or Board Eligible PM&R Physician


• Coverage needed December 19-27, 2026 and February 15-21, 2027


• 24-hour call coverage; 7a-7a


• Approx. 11 ppd


• Average of 1 admission while on call


• Patient population includes orthopedic, stroke, and general medical/surgical rehabilitation


• EMR EPIC


• Minimum of 2 years of experience highly preferred


• Active IL license, DEA, CSR, ACLS, recent case logs demonstrating at least 50 inpatient, outpatient or consultative patient encounters in the last 12 months required


• $2,400 per 24-hour shift, mileage, lodging, malpractice provided
