Description
Our client is actively seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist Physician for an engaging 90-day assignment in North Carolina, commencing Aug 17, 2026. This role features a standard 4-day work week, with 10-hour shifts from 7:00 - 17:00. The physician will primarily focus on benign hematology (60-65%) and be comfortable in a general oncology setting, managing new and follow-up patients in an Ambulatory Hem/Onc Clinic, writing orders and prescriptions, and communicating with pharmacy.
Responsibilities and Duties - Focus on benign hematology
- Manage 60-65% hematology cases with mild monthly fluctuations
- Be comfortable working in a general oncology role
- See new and follow-up patients in an Ambulatory Hem/Onc Clinic
- Write orders and prescriptions
- Communicate with the pharmacy
