Description
Good Place Therapy is a self-pay private practice in Cincinnati led by Kara Johnson, Psy.D. We are looking for a fully licensed, independent therapist to join our group practice. If you have your own caseload, we will handle the infrastructure so you can focus on client work. If you don’t yet have a caseload, we’ll also help you set up the tools to market.What we offer:
• 70% of session revenue goes to you
• All practice technology provided (EHR, scheduling, billing/payments) so you can focus on clients, not admin
• Dedicated HIPAA-compliant practice email address and phone number for client calls and texting — keeping your personal contact info private
• Shared office space available in Cincinnati for in-person sessions with opportunity to have your own office
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Ohio
• Weekly direct deposit
• Autonomy as a 1099 contractor to set your own hours, caseload size, and time off
• Self-pay only practice, allowing you and your client to decide what care looks like
Skills
Requirements:
• Full, unrestricted clinical license in Ohio (Ph.D., Psy.D., LPCC, LISW-S, LIMHP, or equivalent independent licensure)
• Reliable setup for conducting secure telehealth sessions, or the ability to see clients in-person at our Cincinnati office
• Comfort running a self-pay practice and setting your own rates within practice guidelines
