Position Highlights:  

• Quality of Life Schedule:
  • 112 hours per month with 8, 9 and 10 hour shifts
  • 14 hours of protected remote charting time
  • Dedicated nocturnist to reduce overnight shift burden

  • Full pediatric subspecialty support including PICU, NICU, and surgical services
  • Additional support from APPs, residents, and fellows

• Light Academic Responsibilities:
  • 10% protected academic time focused on teaching

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: 2-year guarantee, Non-RVU Compensation + rank stipends
• Extra Compensation: Additional earning potential with extra shifts paid at $240/hour; moonlighting also available
• Relocation: $20K supplement 
• CME Funds: $4500 annual reimbursement
• PTO: 8.2 weeks of paid time off annually

Qualifications:

• Fellowship training preferred
• Open to General Pediatrics with high-acuity emergency medicine experience
• J1 waiver and H1b sponsorship available
