What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients within a medical-surgical setting
- Float to other units within the hospital or affiliated facilities as needed
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Use Epic electronic health record system for documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
What You Need:
- Ohio RN license and current BLS/ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hospital ICU/PCU nursing experience
- Strong IV start skills and proficiency with Epic EMR required
- Ability to float and adapt to different units
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
