- Experience: 3+ years in family practice or similar setting, chronic pain management experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (competitive rate based on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive family practice care for diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and adults
- Manage chronic pain and perform clinical chart closures within 72 hours
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnositcs, and treatment planning
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver quality care
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in EHR systems
- Follow all state and federal guidelines for controlled substances and licensing requirements
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
What You Need
Required:
- Valid California Medical License or Nurse Practitioner license
- DEA registration, active before start date
- CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate (for PAs)
- Furnishing License with Schedules II (for NPs)
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in family practice or primary care
- Strong communication and patient management skills
Preferred:
- Experience with chronic pain management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual skills or additional language proficiencies are a plus
